Do we own the app?

Yes. Custom apps are built as your own Shopify app, installed on your store, with the code and the Partner Dashboard app in your name. We host and maintain it under a retainer, or hand it to your team.

Will it break when Shopify updates?

We build on Shopify's versioned Admin and Storefront APIs and keep the app on a supported version. API deprecations are handled as part of support, before they become a problem.

Can you integrate with our ERP or warehouse?

That is most of what we do: ERPs including NetSuite, 3PLs and warehouse systems, freight carriers, distributor inventory feeds. If it has an API or a file export, we can sync it, two ways where it matters.

How is this different from your public apps?

Our public apps (Wholesale, Wishlist, Draft Order Invoices, Bonde) solve common problems for hundreds of stores. Custom work is for the problem only your business has. Often the answer is a public app plus a small custom piece, and we will tell you when that is the cheaper route.
