Compliance in a supplement store has two layers, and an agency should be clear about which one it owns. The claims on the label and on the page belong to the brand and its regulatory counsel; we will not write them for you. Everything around them is ours. Accessibility to the ADA standard, privacy and consent handled correctly, and product pages that put the certifications, testing icons, ingredient sourcing and dosage guidance where a careful buyer looks, which is what we built for Nature's Answer across nearly 400 products. On a Fractional Shopify Team, compliance is a standing workstream rather than a one-time audit, so a store that passes today still passes after next quarter's launches and theme changes.
The useful question is who has stayed. BodyBio has been with us for more than seven years across four Shopify stores, US and UK consumer stores and a healthcare practitioner wholesale channel, and online sales are now the business's primary revenue driver. Nature's Answer, manufacturing herbal supplements since the early 1970s, moved to Shopify Plus with us; so did Wholesome Wellness. Dedicated subscription agencies exist. We run the whole store, with subscription optimization as the edge, because a subscriber on a 30-day cycle is worth multiples of a one-time buyer. When the subscription app is the constraint, Bonde is ours: subscriptions, bundles, upsells and loyalty, no transaction fees. We also work in whichever app a brand already runs.
The one that treats the move as the start of a better store, not a copy. Nature's Answer left WooCommerce after years of plugin maintenance, unreliable checkout and a subscription system that broke often enough to erode trust. Customer records, order history, active subscribers and loyalty point balances carried over; most pages were rebuilt in Shopify's native architecture rather than imported; every URL was mapped and redirected; the cutover brought no data loss, no broken subscriber relationships and no drop in rankings. Then the real work: subscriptions and loyalty rebuilt, navigation by health goal, reviews, a wholesale program. Migration is part of the Conspire Build when a brand moves to Shopify, never a service on its own.
