How it works

Collecting invoices in an afternoon

  1. Install and enable the widget

One-click install from the Shopify App Store, then enable the app embed and add the invoice table block in your theme editor. Your draft orders sync automatically.

  2. Send invoices from draft orders

Create draft orders the way you already do and send the invoice. The app tracks each invoice, shows it on the customer's account, and schedules reminders.

  3. Get paid without chasing

Customers log in, see their open invoices, and pay through Shopify's secure checkout. Reminder emails follow up automatically until the invoice is paid.

What does B2B Draft Order Invoices actually do?

It makes Shopify draft order invoices visible and payable. Draft orders sync from your store automatically, customers see their open invoices on the account page (classic or new customer accounts), pay through Shopify's secure invoice checkout, and the app follows up on unpaid invoices with automated email reminders.

Do customers pay through Shopify checkout?

Yes. The Pay Now button opens the same secure Shopify invoice checkout link that Shopify generates when you send a draft order invoice. The app never processes payments itself, so your existing payment providers, taxes, and order flow all work unchanged.

How do payment reminders work?

When you send a draft order invoice and it stays unpaid, the app sends reminder emails on the follow-up schedule you choose in the dashboard. Reminders stop automatically once the invoice is paid, and every email is logged with delivery and open tracking.

Does it work with Shopify's new customer accounts?

Yes. Alongside the theme widget for classic accounts, the app includes customer account UI extensions: a dedicated Open Invoices page and an order index block, both added from Shopify's customer account editor.

Can customers request a quote instead of checking out?

Yes. An optional cart page block adds a Request a Quote button. The customer submits their cart with contact details, you review the request in the app, convert it to a draft order, and send the invoice.

Does it work with Shopify POS?

Yes. The POS extension adds a Draft Orders tile to the smart grid. Staff can browse open drafts, load a draft's line items into the POS cart, and take payment in person.

How much does it cost?

Pricing scales with your Shopify plan, starting at $5/month for Basic Shopify stores, with a free trial on every plan. See the Shopify App Store listing for current pricing.

Who builds and supports the app?

The app is built and supported by Conspire, a Shopify development company and Premier Partner founded in Los Angeles. The same senior team that builds Shopify stores for leading brands answers your support messages.
