Client CRO Strategist & Project Manager

About This Role

We're seeking a dynamic Client CRO Strategist & Project Manager who can seamlessly blend strategic eCommerce expertise with exceptional project management skills. This isn't just about managing timelines - it's about driving meaningful results for our clients through data-driven insights and actionable improvements.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership

• Analyze client Shopify stores to identify conversion optimization opportunities
• Develop and present data-backed CRO strategies and recommendations
• Guide clients through strategic decision-making processes with confidence and expertise
• Stay current with eCommerce trends, best practices, and Shopify platform updates

Project Management Excellence

• Manage multiple client Shopify projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations
• Maintain detailed project documentation and client communication

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Facilitate productive client meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions
• Translate technical concepts into actionable business insights
• Build long-term partnerships through exceptional service delivery

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify and eCommerce platforms
• Proven track record in conversion rate optimization and eCommerce strategy
• Strong project management experience with multiple concurrent projects
• Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or agency environment

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of Shopify architecture, apps, and customization capabilities
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.)
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools
• Understanding of UX/UI principles as they relate to conversion optimization

Soft Skills

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Natural problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Comfortable presenting to clients and leading strategic discussions

Bonus Points

• Experience with Shopify Plus
• Background in growth marketing or performance marketing
• Familiarity with design and development processes
• Previous agency or consulting experience
